Returns for Indian Customers
To start your return process, go to our Order Returns page.
We accept only exchanges within 2 weeks of order delivery.
If you need a size exchange, we'd happily arrange for that depending on availability.
We request you to return the products in their original packaging along with the CLOTH BAGS and SEED TAGS intact.
Please note that we will NOT accept returns of products that have been used, laundered or customer damaged.
Please note that we do NOT accept returns or refunds for items on sale. The cost of delivery for returns/refunds is not refundable.
Please allow up to 5 working days for exchanges/refunds to be processed once we receive them.
Customers and shipping charges would apply for order exchanges.
Cancellations
If you'd like to cancel your order, please send us an email at marketing@darkmddr.com within 24 hours and we'll sort it out. Easy breezy.
Missing Parcels
Make sure you fill in your correct address when ordering from us. We cannot accept responsibility for the wrong address being used with an order.
Email us if your clothes do not arrive and we'll get in touch with our courier company to track down the package.
